   Got charged $120 for a treatment for my partner that was accepted by Acc. The receptionist kept asking documents and passport and work visa copy and to make it more concerning about visitor visa applied before you got into the country. I was like is this Immigration Nz or a doctors clinic????I informed them that we had previously been to. Physio and they just charged us the Acc surcharge and provided us a moon boot but she goes no but Acc won’t pay us. They didn’t even write a prescription and told us its cheaper to get it from a supermarket or dairy!!!!! Spoke to Acc and now they are initiating a refund for the amount. Get a team on board who knows what they are telling their patients and if they have no info about it, at least hire someone with the necessary knowledge not to mislead patients. No wonder its got 16 reviews and at 3.8. Word of advice to any one visiting….stay Away!!!!!

   One doctor googles almost everything not confident in advice she’s giving. Other doctor rushes you in and out and has been judgemental in the past. Only up side to this doctors is the receptionist and the fact you can get an appointment same day (probably because they don’t have many patients) not surprised with the lack of care from doctors

   Found the nurse very unprofessional. Made the same mistake with recalls at least three times and blamed others and gave a kind of sarcastic apology. Also incorrect weighing of baby (by a kg) with very old fashioned scales and refused to believe me.

   I have heard this guy is a joke and works for ACC and not the patient if so he needs to be reviewed as there are people out there that are really in pain and are needing help.

   I spent a lot of money on ongoing treatments that ultimately didn't work and left me with ugly scars that I now have no way of taking care of. Nurse admitted I was the first person she's used this treatment for. The doctors did NOT make me aware of my options leading me to do something unnecessary and I will now have to live with the results forever.
