“I never leave reviews, but this was needed. Like others, in the past I have gone into this shop and found not the best welcome, but no anymore. I am so pleased to see that they have clearly taken on feedback and improved the service to customers. I used to feel a bit judged when walking in there, but on the last few occasions I have been greeted with a cheerful hello, followed by no pressure attentive service. This has been from multiple staff on different occasions recently. Thank you very much for such a fantastic experience.”

Ora was so helpful, and was kind enough to provide me with photos of what the necklace should be like so I could show it to the boutique where I got it from. Great customer service. “The store is located within Westfields Westcity near the West ground entrance (under the Number One Shoe shop). There is plenty of parking in the nearby complex undercover-parking precincts. Very well lit. Good sized aisles and well spaced shelving. Supersave ($uper $ave) has a great variety of nic knacks as well as better quality stuff for the workshop and for the home. Party trinkets, electronic equipment accessories, kitchenware, handyperson/DIY handtools and bits like hangers and nails are available. Impressive first aid and bandages section quite well stocked most of the time. Pleasant, cordial, knowledgeable and helpful team members.”

I've been struggling with trying to fix or replace a worn Prada bag strap, but the team managed to find me a replacement Prada strap of exactly the same colour and even had extra holes put in. Frankly, I'm in disbelief at how smooth and communicative the team was. This is service the way all luxury brands should do it. Well done, and thanks again.”

My husband had been planing the ring for some time and actually got to discuss the design one on one with the jeweler Don, a rare thing today as most jeweler stores don't have jewelers on site. After getting a free quote our design was finalized and we could not be happier with the outcome. My Husband was extremely impressed with Don's Craftsmanship and stone setting. Highly recommend.”
