   I recently visited Pascoes to find a watch for my wife’s birthday. I wasn’t sure what to choose, but Harleen from the team was incredibly helpful. She asked thoughtful questions about my wife’s preferences — whether she likes gold or silver, and the size of her wrist — to help me find the perfect match. Thanks to her, the process was easy, and my wife absolutely loved the watch. Excellent service and a great shopping experience. Highly recommend Pascoes and Harleen!

   I felt patronised When talking to staff. I got a bracelet send away to be made smaller. After costing me $70 even tho I brought the bracelet from them. They told me it would be back within two weeks. 17 days later hasn’t arrived. After explaining and expressing my frustration, I got a rude explanation. As I was leaving the staff member asked if I was happy with this, like I had a choice that my bracelet hadn’t arrived. I will never shop or deal with staff at this location again.

   My fiancé and I were served by Nikhul over the weekend and we walked away with such a pleasant experience. He was very genuine and we never once felt as if we was "selling" to us. We were unsure in a few areas and he provided us with personal advice as well as a clear direction that was best for us. Thank you again Nikhul for your fantastic service!

   I went in to Pascoe store in bayfair mall . I walked in at 8 20 looking for guess watch first thing I got told was we are closing at 9 . Well yes every one know this and is was only 8 20 . No one served me to start with . When I went up to the counter and asked for a guess watch the one my friend had bought tried to explain to lady mid 40s She pointed towards window and said the guess watches are there . So walked out the store had to look through the window . She rushed me I couldn't even take my 15 mints to look at all the watches . So I just bought one of the guess watches that I want even sure if that's the one I like . If you going to start telling customer at 8 20 you closing at 9 you pretty much telling them to leave . Might as well just lock the doors at 8 30 of you aren't going to serve who is there to buy. I won't be going in their again after trible service .we were thinking to go im and buy engagement ring and mens watch but not anymore .

   I felt patronised, frankly, from the moment I said I didn't know my ring size and would need to use the sizing tool to find it. For religious/spiritual reasons, we were seeking an extremely simple narrow silver band as an engagement ring. Instead of trying to understand our wishes, the shop assistant talked down the choice of silver to my fiancé when he returned alone, and she tried to pressure him into buying something ten times the price of what we were seeking, made of white gold, and with diamonds. He showed me later, with great uncertainty. When I confirmed that it wasn't what I wanted, and the shop assistant acted affronted. Very insensitive. Steer clear. This woman heard the word engagement and clearly saw dollar signs that weren't in evidence. Not every engaged couple desires (or can afford) gold and diamonds. Jewellery is a very personal thing, so I would have thought that listening and trying to understand the customers' needs would have been an important skill in this shop. Apparently not as important as "upselling". So no, I don't recommend.
