   The older lady with the red hair should not be in customer service she is rude and completely unprofessional. I work in retail and pride myself on my consistent customer service why people like this work in retail I have no idea. Iv been in twice now and have been completely ignored by this women u lost a decent sale learn not to judge and ya sales will go thru the roof. Rangiora Showcase Jewellers are 5star no judgement consistency with their customer service u could learn a thing or two ladies

   Popped in there today with a watch and a ring that I had purchased there that required fixing, as it was half an hour before there closing I thought I would phone ahead, was met with the most rude customer service I've ever experienced, went inside shop and was greeted with 3 unfriendly rude ladies that looked like I was a nuisance being there at that time, it was the worst customer experience I've ever had, I will be taking my money elsewhere, I will never shop there again! No stars deserved ladies!
