Such a great store with lovely staff and so many pretty jewelery options. Special shout out to Shiloh! It was an intense visit with a very nervous young girl trying to build up the courage to get her ears pierced. Shiloh was amazing,encouraging and supportive with also so much patience. Impressive service this afternoon. Diagnosed the problem from a piercing that hadn’t healed from elsewhere - provided a perfect solution, replaced the earrings, and were so helpful. The other place wasn’t interested in helping us. Most grateful to your staff on this afternoon
We recently took my daughter Lovis to get her ears pierced, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! The lady who did the piercing was amazing so kind, professional, and patient. She had excellent hygiene practices, which made us feel very safe and comfortable throughout the process. Lovis felt relaxed and at ease the whole time, and it was a special moment for both of us. We truly appreciate the care and attention given. Highly recommend!
So disappointed I paid 30$ for a necklace that was silver for 30$ I assumed it would be Stirling I went in the pool and next thing I know my jewelry has rusted not only that the chain keeps coming off such awful quality
What a fabulous selection of Christmas accessories. Also a wonderful evening section with plenty of variety. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Always has a selection of items reduced. A favourite place - you can find something for any occasion
Pierced my ear so wrong and so close together one is lower than other and look so bad wouldn’t recommend
There is misleading display of items with clip on items with regular ones. I didnt know they even still exisTed. I wasn't able to return an 18 dollars which is useless.
