    I was looking at your Rado watches on display at your Bayfair store a while ago and checking prices & features in your online site. It was just 4.20 pm and the lady inside started taking all Rado watches off display. She looked at me, gave a half smile, but didn’t bother to wait for a moment. I looked for your entrance, and it was already closed. May be you should update your store timing to 4.15 pm instead of 6 pm. Will not bother to shop at yours. Thanks.

    Had a terrible experience at the Tauranga shop, purchased new Seiko watch, strap was adjusted incorrectly, fell apart when I got home, could have smashed my new $1k watch, they claimed they didn't know how to adjust that Seiko watch strap and found missing bit on work bench following day. Spent over 90 minutes waiting to get it sorted. Still waiting for manager to contact me. Will definitely not go there again. Previous reviewer had similar experience.
