We had a lovely experience at pascoes the lady was so kind and amazing her colleuges were giggling and chatting to themselves but she was awesome
Whilst the end result of a repair was good. The staff were unhelpful, gave conflicting information, poor communication and just disappointing performance. It was only when I contacting head office myself that the matter was resolved.
Would not refund my elderly mum, completely unacceptable. Do not recommend!
I needed a gift in a hurry and the lady who served me was lovely. Got on the phone to find some info out so I could head on my way. The service was fab and she was lovely.

1 of the staff was serving a customer the other staff. Member was to busy talking to an Old friend to serve me. I left the shop after waiting 5 minits for her to finish her private conversation with her frend
