Disappointed with the customer service and refund policy I recently purchased a watch from this store for $380. When I got home, my wife (who is pregnant and close to her delivery date) didnβt like it, so I called the store the same evening to ask if I could return or exchange it. The staff told me I could come back the next day. When I visited the store the next day, I was told that they donβt offer refunds and could only provide a store voucherβnot even a Westfield voucher, which I thought would be fair since the store is located inside the mall. I felt quite disappointed, as no one had explained this policy to me before I made the purchase. Only after printing the receipt (after payment) did I see a note about the βno refundβ policy. I believe customers should be informed of important policies before spending such a significant amount. $380 is not a small sum, and I feel itβs only fair to have clear communication upfront. I also kindly request management to please reconsider and allow a refund in my case, so that when my wife and I are ready, we can come back and buy another watch that we both like β or we can use the money right now to help with baby essentials like diapers and other needs. What made the situation worse was that when I mentioned I might leave a review or complaint, one of the staff members said something like, βIt doesnβt affect us β weβre a big company.β I found that very unprofessional and disappointing. I respect store policies, but customer care and empathy matter just as much. I hope management reviews this situation and takes the feedback seriously, because good service and fairness are what truly build a companyβs reputation.

Brought 3 necklaces for my wife's birthday and the chain broke on one of them as soon as she put it on. Went to get a refund and they do not offer cash refunds. A nice young lady replaced the chain and gave me 3 replacement chains just in case it happened again. Disappointed that I could not get my money back to purchase elsewhere but this was the best option they could offer.

This is our go to jeweller and we always managed to get served by Jaswinder (Jass). We brought our engagement ring here and then this weekend went back for our wedding set. The service is amazing. Both times we had a look then walked off to look at other stores and then promptly went back to Jasswiner.

We had been there almost three years ago But I'm posting my review today We were looking for wedding ring so thought let's give a go to Goldmark manukau westfield The lady who was serving us she was good then another employee came out from inside and she started accusing us for incident happened in their store two day ago of theft Come on Goldmark do you really treat your customers this way From that day we decided never go to this store Such a bad behavior of young lady which was intolerant No recommendation to anyone for this store:(

If possible I've give them zero. I was gifted a silver anklet, for Christmas last year. It broken early this month, so I talked to Goldmark over the phone, and they had agreed to fix it. When I took it in though, the women at the counter, was hesitant to serve us because it was "almost closing time". When we told the lady serving us what had happened, she told us that we'd have to bring it back tomorrow. We had driven a long way to that store, and it would've been highly inconvenient. Along with that, she told us that she'd give us a brand new product if it we had the receipt, but then told us that even with the receipt; warranty wouldn't cover it and we'd have to pay for the repairs. We agreed to pay for the repairs, but they told us we'd have to come back again, which as stated before was inconvenient. She told us the wrong prices for the products we were looking at, and then continued to somewhat "lecture" us about, how the anklet breaking in the first place, was our fault. Wear and tear, as if we were unaware of that. We ended up not getting anything and my anklet it still broken. Last time I ever shop here. Please do better GOLDMARK!
