Went in about rebuilding a worn down necklace link but they took it out the back and simply closed up the link then charged me $10 for a 2 second job I didn’t ask for and without checking with me first - not thrilled.

I had a cracked glass on my Skagen watch, so I contacted Brent Weatherall Jewelers. Oh my goodness, what amazing service. They communicated super well throughout the whole process, and they are next level friendly. A replacement glass was no longer available, so they made one, and it is perfect. I can't recommend them highly enough.
My wife lost a earing that I had got her for her birthday years ago, she was very upset. I tried to find a replacement everywhere and finally found a set here. Ordered online and it was here the next day, beautifully gift wrapped. Thank you so much, I cant fault these guys at all.
Really lovely customer service. I got a ring resized, but once it was on my finger I just felt like it was a tiny bit too big. While it was being resized, Charlie sent me an update text which I really appreciated, and the super quick job just brightened my day. Thank you so much!
Had to give them one star because zero or less wasn't possible. We traveled to Dunedin to attend a graduation ceremony. We walked into this shop intending to buy a gift for the graduate. Obviously we needed to spend some time in the shop to explore the options, prices... After a couple of minutes we saw a couple of necklaces that we liked but were yet discussing which one suited her the best when we were approached by a woman with a very rude tone and even ruder body language who certainly didn't know how customers should be treated. We immediately walked out the store as we didn't like spending even a cent in any business who treated their customers like that.

These beautiful amazing people… just blew me away with their service. A previous jeweller that said he could resize our wedding rings … and didn’t, waited until the day I was meant to pick them up to tell me he didn’t want to ruin the design… so he did not touch them at all. I completely freaked out. We were to be married 5 days later. My uncles rang Brent and his team, I went in the next day… To say they were amazing would be an understatement, they heard me, they empathised, Brent came out and spent a good 15-20 minutes with me talking about everything, checking ring sizes and just making me feel completely at ease. He said to not stress it would be fine, they rang me everyday to update me. I’m just so grateful to this team of people, that helped me when I felt like everything was going to be a disaster. The best jewellers ever, and I’ll never go anywhere else! Thank you so much Brent and your team!
