Picked up a Swiss-made watch for my dad for Father’s Day - great value and he loved it. The Polynesian lady who served us on Father's day was fantastic, super helpful and made the process effortless. Honestly, the jewellers opposite could learn a thing or two from the service here.
If you looking for a good service look no further, I went in yesterday and a beautiful young girl served us. She was so helpful and friendly and did not force us to buy anything but was happy to show us and guess what we came back and got our Gift from here coz she was so helpful wish I remembered your name Thursday late night shopping

This was second visit to this place. First time bought Armani watch and fabulous service. This time went in only to get the chains removed for a watch purchased elsewhere. The gentleman over the counter was delight to talk to, felt welcoming and did it within couple of minutes and it fits perfect. Me and my partner were stroked with the service they provided. Will definitely visit back.
bought a gold opal pendent worth 279 for mothers day mother didn't like it so went back to get a refund they were so not helping at all only had it for one day and was not able to get a full refund first time shopping here I've never had a problem any where else with refunds the guy there who served me the "manager" he was not giving me any help but to get something that's the same price as what i bought prefer Pascoe's had no problem with returns been shopping there ever since STEWART DAWSON step up your game.
