   I had to return a ring due to a faulty stone this morning - in the midst of Xmas shoppers. The sales girls & the Mgr were really V v good under such trying circumstances... no fun for any of us frankly. So - thank you all. Ps:- always remember to keep yr receipt!

   I went in for an ear piercing and had such a great experience! Walked in, told them I wanted my right ear pierced since I already had my left done. They showed me the options and I went with a stud. I was served by Maddi, yes Maddi with an “I” . She was super friendly and easy to talk to. I’m not usually much of a talker but we ended up having a great chat. She made sure the new piercing aligned perfectly with my other ear and clearly explained all the aftercare steps. Honestly, I don’t get the vague ratings some people leave because the customer service I got was exceptional. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to my friends if they ever want to get a piercing!

   Purchased a pair of Huggies earrings for my daughter - nothing on the packaging about the size so I assumed they would fit a standard love piercing on a 7 year old, but hey are so small they were far too tight. If you’re going to sell earrings that are too small to fit a standard ear lobe piercing this should be made obvious on the packaging - tried to return to exchange for something that would fit and they stuck to their return policy on earrings as they were tired on despite the reason for the return being that the product is not fit for purpose or labelled appropriately; if they were a standard earring they should easily fit a 7 year old, otherwise this should be clearly labelled as a smaller earring. Complete rip off!

   My friend and I have just had our ears pierced at Queensgate Lovisa and we are both thrilled with the experience. The manager, Anjannette, was the supreme professional. She managed to do a superb job of the piercings as well as tend to customers.

   Went here yesterday and spontaneously got 2x helix piercings while shopping. The girl who did it was so friendly and professional and was really knowledgeable in piercing care. She was on her own in store and had to go between me and the people waiting at the counter which I did not mind whatsoever. I hope she gets recognition she deserves

   A catastrophe! All looked good and professional at first, until I saw the girl who was about to do the piercing - had such shaky hands, the marking ink dots were wonky twice till she got it right. She was shaking so much when she aimed the device, I was surprised it hit the right spot, BUT the new piercing gun is a manual push in type, so she squeezed the stud in so hard the back butterfly clicked past the catch and squashed the front ball into my poor daughters ear. She said it was fine, and I thought maybe the stud is now supposed to do this? Two hours later, as the front ball was so squished in, it had popped inside my daughters ear and we couldn't see it. My child, scared in tears, as we couldn't get it out, so went to emergency room, and they surgically extracted it from inside her ear lobe, and said it was pushed closed way too tight. I am traumatised, (my daughter is fine though!) especially that this might happen to other kids first time. Please don't use nervous shaky girls on your team, and also don't squeeze it in past the butterfly click/groove. Very unimpressed at the lack of skills, confidence, and a scary dangerous outcome for my childs first time ear piercing.

   Went to get my nose done a few weeks or so ago. The ladies working were great espically the lady who did my piercing she was amazing so professional and friendly and super helpful. Piercings is such a great service lovisa has added great job and I'd totally recommend :)

   Absolutely loved my visit at your queensgate store! I was served and catered too by one of your ladies there, I believe she is the manager I forgotten her name but she has hand tattoos etc. she was really good and catered for what I was looking for and more!! I was just there for a plain simple chain to replace the one I had broken. She showed me all the options I had and I ended up getting 2 of them, she also talked to me about the free piercing service so I decided to get a piercing, it was such a great experience! She explained to me how I look after it etc she was very friendly, professional and approachable! She definitely deserves some recognition or a pay rise. Will definitely be back!!
