“Last week, my mom and I went to the AA to handle some car-related matters. We happened to meet one of your colleagues named Josh. He first explained the details of the process to us, then guided us to the area where we needed to fill out the forms. Josh patiently explained each question and helped us understand many things we were unsure about, providing clear solutions to our problems. We were very impressed by his excellent service attitude and patience, which was much better than what we’ve experienced at many other AA locations. We arrived at around 4 p.m., near the end of a long workday, yet Josh still took the time to carefully explain everything to us without rushing. When we walked out of the AA, my mom told me that we must make sure to thank Josh properly. Because of our busy schedules, we forgot to do it right away, and only today my mom reminded me again.
