    These guys are impossible to get a hold of. I’ve been calling multiple times every day trying to get a quote, left voicemails for call back, crickets! If this is how they treat new customers when they are trying to give them your money, I can’t image what the coms will be when trying to submit a claim from them. Horrible first impression. I’ll have to find someone else

    Agree with all the other bad reviews, worse broker firm I have ever used, Staff turn over is also massive which tell you something. I have had a claim going on since floods in Jan 2023, they loss information, change staff get your claim mixed up with other, loss information or never record it, I could go on and on zero stars I would have rather dealt with the insurance direct. DON'T USE THEM

    Never ever use these brokers. They pocket your Premium and when you have a claim, your claim will be denied. Their staff are rude and don't give a dam about you. They even cheat their own brokers out of commission. They do not honor their own formal complaint procedures. When put in a conner they will offer you a voucher for a restaurant and not even give you a formal email in writing that they are completely WRONG. Any attempt to write an apology will be a robotic list of events...leaving out they are at fault for things not done....and try to put the blame on you.
