    Dear Zurich Claims Team, I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the handling of Claim No. 7245142. Despite my repeated attempts to communicate with your team about this matter, I have not received any response. I have been disputing several important aspects of the claim, including liability, the scope of the invoice, and the process Zurich has been following. Unfortunately, every effort to obtain clarification or resolution has been met with silence. To make matters worse, today an individual named Jules De Bruin, who claimed to be representing Barclay Coutts Ltd, arrived unannounced at my property, knocked on my door, and left a note. This occurred in full view of my children, which was both upsetting and distressing. Zurich has all my contact details, including my phone number and email address, and yet I was given no prior notice or communication that a third party would be sent to my property. I find this conduct unacceptable and unprofessional. As a result, I contacted the police and have formally trespassed this individual. I request that someone from Zurich contact me directly and promptly to address this situation. If Zurich intends to engage third-party representatives in this matter, I expect to be informed in advance. Please treat this as a formal complaint under Zurich’s complaints procedure.     Denied my medical claim on the basis that I didn’t get it preapproved. I am unwell enough to be hospitalised travelling overseas. Sorry I was under the impression medical emergency costs were covered.

    Worse communication, no contact, you email a generic inbox and no one responds. Its been over 4 weeks and no further along with the claim. This is not the first time I'v experienced this with Zurich.
