   Appallingly slow service for a simple transaction. No shade to the staff who are doing the best they can in a difficult situation but seriously AA do better because frankly it couldn't be much worse.

   They hadn't restocked the forms I wanted, so I had to queue 30 mins to get one, then told to fill it out and requeue, I had to leave because I had little kids to pick, so now have to go back a second time.

She was incredibly welcoming, calm, and professional throughout the process. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel at ease and clearly explained everything I needed to know. Her friendly attitude and efficiency helped reduce my nerves and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

   I came back for the third time to convert my overseas license. I had to go through great lengths to order a drivers abstract from my original license country. It took two months to arrive here by mail and cost me money only because AA required it because my license had been renewed within the last two years. I finally received it and came in to finally get my new license. I arrived at the wrong AA location which only serviced vehicles and not licensing so I found the correct AA location. I was in line with my form filled out at 4:38pm and they turned me away because they stop processing these kinds of applications at 4:30pm which the lady said it says on their website, even though they are open until 5:00pm. I begged her to let me get this done today after getting all ready for my license picture and coming in for the THIRD time because of all the previous issues. She wouldn’t let me and I went home extremely frustrated and dejected.

   Customer service always makes going to places like driver licensing etc a good or bad experience. The lady who served me was so friendly informative and knowledgeable she made my experience there quick and easy but most of all pleasant. She's a customer service star. I believe her name is Asmi I remembered her name just this morning so I post it here in thanks for her lovely manner.

   Came in with the partner to get the rego on the car sorted and lined up waiting for 45 mins at 1 on a Monday. The staff are just chatting to the older customers about dogs and the weather and about someone's holiday. There's a line of 11 people waiting! Couldn't believe it, no wonder there's security cause of the staff just casually taking their time. People must get so annoyed. Please be a bit more considerate of people time thankyou.
