Marie-Anne was very good and efficient. I got in to renew my driver's license, with the renewal forms completed at home, brought it in. The process took about 10 mins with eyes test and new photo. Smooth and best to go before midday because the queue started to grow at 11:40 AM.
I spoke with a lady named Lara , who had patience and took her time explaining to me what I didn't understand until i understood , she involved abit of humor to make the call more easy going, which I appreciated and was just lovely to work with over the phone with her. She helped me get what I was looking for and made all the benefits of AA aware to me which makes me want to stay with AA. I'd recommend her for anyone needing to speak to AA about insurance for their vehicle. Thanks again Lara, Cheers Adam W
I visited the AA Centre at 154 Featherston Street to apply for an International Driving Permit. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and informative. The entire process was smooth and completed quickly. Iām really happy with the service!
It's hard to review a place that serves a function - I mean, you're not likely to love it because you're there to get something mundane completed. Expect a queue and a wait. However, the staff are efficient and get the job done, keeping people moving.
I have been here for driver licence. The staffs are always busy but I still can get all information. Thank you so much for your services. I hope you can get more staffs for everybody can enjoy working here.
All of their staff members are kind and helpful but I was assisted by Ms. Mary-Anne and she was exceptionally good. Very patient with my complicated application and informative while being kind and helpful along the way.
Please do take care of your customers. When someone visits you, provide them all essential information that could avoid multiple visits. Always, check all the documents and check if other parties have not included any valuable information that is required. Because customers don't know what your job is. Hopefully, you all will get better at customer service in future.
Very poor service, the lady was not at all interested in talking and least bothered for what i was saying. Gave me wrong advice by asking me to go for learners license even though i have a valid overseas license and this despite telling her everything... And then again repeating myself. All the time she was more interested in what her colleagues were chit chatting about and wasn't even looking at me when i was talking.

The best place to go for getting an IRD number. It's always better to submit your documents here and you would get the tax number in a week's time. The IRD offices are closed and the phone line takes forever. They just need a passport, address proof, visa and fully functional bank letter to apply for the IRD. The staff over here are quite polite and very helpful. I myself had to go a few times. They also do driving licence which is also great.
