Today when I went to purchase car insurance, a Mandarin-speaking female staff member kindly guided me to the insurance customer waiting area while I was queuing. Shortly after, Ms Pali assisted me. She was very professional and friendly, and patiently answered all of my questions. Really appreciate the help from both of them. Thank you๏ผ๏ผ

I visited around 11 AM on a Thursday and the place was quite busy. I ended up waiting about 45 minutes before being assisted. Once I was seen, Julie was excellentโpatient, friendly, and efficient. She handled my policy setup in roughly 30 minutes and even acknowledged the long wait with a sincere apology. Despite the delay, I left feeling very satisfied with the service I received.

I was a bit nervous when I got there because of the reviews (only 3 stars), but honestly, the staff is amazing! Rob was super kind, fast, and really helpful โ he guided me from the start with the form and then sent me to the team behind the desks. Vai was also really nice and friendly while helping me and booking my appointment. The place gets quite busy, but Rob makes everything go smoothly. Totally 5 stars from me โ I really recommend this place!

Had a great experience. Got welcomed by a respectful professional gentleman called Rob. He along with his team was extremely helpful in getting my class 1 learners done. 40 minutes total from arrival till i walked out with my test done and temporary learner's in hand. I was quite nervous considering some of the reviews I've seen, but it goes to show, treat the staff how you want to be treated. A little bit of patience and kindness goes a long way.

I had an extremely disappointing experience. When I went to book the exam, I was put in the same queue as those converting overseas licenses, which took around 20 to 30 minutes per person. It would have been much more convenient if the exam booking could be done online. Despite being aware that weekends are busy, they only had one person handling both booking and conversions, which is absolutely ridiculous. I had to wait in line for 3 hours just to book the test. I strongly believe that the New Zealand road transport should delegate this service to different agencies for better management. I will be writing a letter to them because it is clear that the AA cannot effectively handle this situation.

Just standing in the queue and this Asian lady wearing black glasses attending the people is very rude and treating people as if theyโre second class citizen. Everyone should be respected on the basic level as we are customers of AA. Surprisingly as another reviewer said, sheโs talk in nice way to white people. Either train her or sack her. With that attitude, Iโll never come in this store again or might consider just cancelling my aa membership if this thing happen again.

Overseas driver license conversion is one of the worst experiences in all AA centers, taking into account that each of the centers across Auckland has different closing time for conversion and different processes too. How am I supposed to know that? Itโs not indicated on the website in any way. In the LynnMall center you supposed to book you a appointment slot (only in person and not online), because they can only take up to 6 applications for a weekend day and 10 per week day.Thatโs ridiculous and even that creates queues. Iโve been trying to get my license converted 4 times and every time there is either too many people and they just simple close down the conversion or you have to book a particular time slot in person??? Poor customer service and attitude to people, who have limited time and jobs to get things like that sorted. Why not implement the booking slots online? That would eliminate ridiculous queues and customers frustration. For those whoโd like to get their licence converted, be prepared that it wonโt be easy and fast. Check the AA center rules in person and be prepared for a โbumpy rideโ.
