   Worst bank ever!! My partner had an investigation going for money that was stolen out of her acc, BNZ froze all the acc until my partner went into the bank to unfreeze them.... When she got there they were already unfrozen!! Without her knowledge! This is absolutely NOT acceptable! No security! No reliability, no help! The bank clerk was rude & spoke like he didn't want to be there, he was far from interested. Typical of a person from Hamilton to be inconsiderate, rude, unapproachable & arrogant!! BNZ does not have your back & you're a fool to think otherwise!!

   Just can't speak to anyone and can't wait between 49 and 96 mins no matter when I call, cant even call the local branch. Lots of cant's! but it just doesn't work

   I’m with 3 banks and BNZ by far has the most downtime - so many occasions I’ve needed to transfer money into my cheque account at the checkout and their app won’t work…..

   I’ve been waiting for my card since the 21st Dec, I’ve called multiple time & 3 times given a different answer that apparently overrules the prior person. I’ve been told even with the holiday period into account I STILL should have MY card by now. I’m getting fees because of this. Get it together BNZ

   Visited you're bank Friday 13 Nov 2020 and the lady behind the enquiries counter was quite rude. Every single one of the BNZ customer parking was taken so I waited alittle thinking surely a customer will be out soon, 10min sitting in a hot car luckily a sky city park opened up. Imagine my surprise to walk into an EMPTY bank, when I asked this lady why the carparks are all full she looked at me and with an attitude said there is a conference on an upper level. Not a happy customer here Shame on you BNZ Victoria Street Hamilton. Customers beware if there is a staff conference upstairs you're out of luck for a BNZ customer park. Disgusting to say the least!!
