Got the policy for my husband wrong and taking forever to get paid my reimbursements, Really disappointed as I thought this was a credible company. Been dealing with Stephen Hobson but finding the comms with him are slow and apologetic yet nothing is resolved in a timely manner. I got reimbursed once but that was months ago. What about all the rest of what you owe me. Hate to think how difficult it will be to get the reimbursement for signing up for a year when I can’t be reimbursed for my monthly deductions that should be refunded. Still waiting …:
