Horrible service by the staff, but they won't care, shut the Bank in taradale, now I walk into bnz Hastings because I am in Hastings and I get turned away for change, I have done change requests in the past, but this time I was passing by, its not that tough to help customers when walking into the bank, thats what your there for.

Says open Mon-frifay till 4.30 even though it's closed when I went
Service was the worst of all banks during lockdown and has barely improved since then. I keep being told, incorrectly, that they have better hours than other banks and during the Christmas/New Year period they only opened part-time for 2 days between 24 Dec and 11 Jan. Staff are unhelpful and charge a $5 service fee to people who are not BNZ customers. Other banks don't do this. And my BNZ ATM card is illegible - who came up with white embossed numbers on a white background!
