I was recently involved in an accident, and it took over two months to resolve everything. During that time, I had to pay 2 car financing and 2 car insurances at the same because I urgently needed to replace my car for both work and business purposes. The most frustrating part is that I bought my car just 14 months ago for $32,000, but its valuation came back at only $23,000, even though I had it insured for $36,000. The depreciation in such a short span of time is shocking! I’m extremely disappointed.
I was involved in an accident with someone insured by you and have had the worst experience with one of your staff members. The way she spoke to me was disgusting, she was not willing to do anything about my situation or give any advice. I have already had the toughest start to the year and this accident was not my fault and yet I am having to deal with rude, unprofessional people who couldn’t care less for people who just want answers
Absolutely poor service will not recommend to anyone. Customer is always second. You take out insurance for piece of mind and never is it explained to the customer what is covered or not. Very bad

Super slow service when we lodge a vehicle claim. Daimler insurance likewise. Almost 3 weeks they haven't complete a minor claim. I've worked 10 years in insurance in Fiji...way better i would say.
My premium went from $2,500 to over $8,000 per annum when they found I had two rooms of my house used as an office. They refused to rate just part of the house and insisted that the whole house be rated as commercial. I then paid it in installments through the year last year. This year I did the same, then in September, having paid 75% of the fee being three quarters of the way through the year, I got a phone call today threatening to cancel the policy if I didn't pay the rest within 5 days because I was drip feeding it and I "hadn't ticked the premium funding option.' I said I didn't understand that premium funding was drip feeding and given I paid that way last year, and have been paying steadily all the way along, why had it taken them 9 months. I asked for to change to drip feeding and they refused. I'm shopping elsewhere. They did pay the extra from EQC and I am grateful. But I've been regularly paying a huge increase and feel that they are holding me to ransom when I have been very conscientious. Fair enough if it was still $2,500.
