   I visited to apply for my brother’s driving licence, and one of the staff members asked me to book an appointment. However, I noticed that everyone who entered at the same time as us already had appointments and were allowed to proceed, while we were told to book one separately. I was not happy with the customer service provided by the staff member that day, as her behaviour was rude. We were expected to book an appointment even though there was no one waiting in the queue. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service

   One word - Awesome! I needed a New Zealand licence, was expecting to have to make an appointment and return another day. Not so....Served by Madan, excellent guy - very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful - and mega friendly too...he had it sorted in minutes. 10/10 for service. Many thanks!

   A special shoutout to Aroha and her colleague Debbie for helping me today with my theory test. Upon arrival for my test for 8.45, I was advised that my test was scheduled for the 28th of May and not the 30th of May which was an error created by her colleague,(out of respect I will not name her). Unfortunately at the time I didn't have the appointment paper that is signed when you book your theory test. However despite my nerves (hoping to pass as ones does), Aroha remained kind, calm, patient and swiftly corrected the error without any issues. It's rare to meet someone with great customer service and is a credit to the team Tauranga AA branch.

   The slowest, expect to wait at least half an hour each customer takes about 15 mins so even if the line is small dont let that trick you. Does not look like there is any demand on the workers for spead. Maybe they need an insentive or one more staff member. Lady said they were 3 people down but other times has been same as this

   Lovely lady at the front desk helped me renew my license she made it really easy and was done within 10 minutes. Excellent customer service and patience… sorry I didn’t get her name but she was working on the right side of the desk today and handed me an AA brochure… :)
