More than 5 years with them. Not a single claim made. Renewal for the year came and it was so much$$$$ more than their competitions. They had customer satisfaction and value, not sure thatβs the case anymore.
They really helped me out of a six month pickle today! I've been caught up in a huge web of confusing, agonising bureaucracy! Kirsten welcomed me, listened to the problem, allocated me to a calm waiting room, and worked hard to untangle the mess. Definitely excellent work!! Their premises are very beautiful and they have used them sensibly. Even before the snake-pit had been resolved, I felt calmer and more serene. I'm so pleased that I am with brokers!
Really Bad experience, Insurance got increased to about $100+ a month without giving the exact increment amount. Itβs really hard to pay $100 extra on top of the $300+ payment we were doing already with the cost of living and other expenses. Understand that everyone has increased their cost/charges a bit but like $100 per mine is priti ridiculous tbh. When spoken to the broker they mentioned the letter of increment for premium was sent but didnβt had proper figure on it. Anyway then we spoke to the broker they couldnβt do much obviously and we ended up changing the business insurance to another company who offered us much more lower rate with same benefits. When asked about our refund as the payment of $500 got deducted just 2 days before we cancelled the policy and were told they canβt refund as itβs not in their policy so wastage of $500 right there again. Asked the brokers and their complaint centre to help us get our refund done on the premium which was paid earlier but itβs already 2 weeks + and havenβt even had a curtesy email sent back or even a follow up to see if they could help us with this situation. Very unhappy as the matter wasnβt closed and no one tried helping and was just shoved a NO on our face. No loyalty towards the clients and we had been with them for 2 years prior and had been always paying all payments on time with no claim done at all but easily they could have saved a customer right here!!

Terrible service, no one available when you need to insure. Shame as have used Crombie Lockwood for years but brokers no longer available, its a shambles.
We have been clients of Michael Lee @ Crombie Lockwood for 3 years, the level of care attention and service is second to none. Renewal processes are very client focused, requests are handled very quickly. We would not change Brokers as with these folk we know we are in good hands. Given recent events and the help and care of Crombie Lockwood, We would NEVER do insurance by ourselves, you cant beat an experienced Broker, and you cant beat this team.
Disgusted in the service provided by Crombie Lockwood and NZI while trying to claim after my car crash. Took close to 3 months just for them to decide to deny. Has since been 3 weeks and still haven't received my car that they took without permission. NEVER recommending this insurance broker to anyone, never experienced such lack of service and contact while trying to make a claim.
