   Worst experience ever! Long story short. I paid for an income protection cover and when it came to me needing to use the protection it got declined and took 8 weeks of no reply’s or call backs. In the end I took my car elsewhere!

   These cool guys lent me $34000 at 7% without a credit check and I was able to buy a near new Toyota Hiace at $9000 below market value. So I've got a huge thank you to these guys and have promised to put my next Van through these guys if I can. Was tough some months making the payment but now I'm 4 months ahead in payments. I'm not foolish, this interest rate rocks. Thanks Toyota Finance

   worst customer service ever! not recommended to anyone. there are far better finance providers than Toyota Finance. Don't know how to treat customers with respect. Rudest customer service I ever experienced.

   The worst finance company ever special the guy called Vidya. they had a bank error and refunded me 3 of my payments then sent me a threatening letter to take my car back. Made arrangements with them to pay the money back specially after my bank used that fund to close my overdraft that i was working on closing it gradually with the bank. Now this finance people are dishonoring the agreement i had with them and keep sending me a repossessioning letters every other week ignoring that i am paying the agreed amount to fix their mistake and my regular installment too. I have never had a late installment to them but the are blaming others for their mistakes. Thats why i wish i give the negative stars not just 1 star

   One of the most archaic financial services I've used. Statements are monthly and not aligned to payments. There is no electronic form, aka app or website, where loan information is at your fingertips. Need to call them to get a balance. However, service is good when you do call.
