   Renting in Christchurch for the first time I stumbled on a property managed by Lime real estate agency. I was so impressed by their care to us as tenants and to the property that I would actively seek them out for future rentals. I loved that it was a family run kiwi business. The property was in such great condition and also in a great part of town. Tee was knowledgeable about the area and always responded quickly. I only left because I had to return to the UK for some time and I know that finding their level of professionalism and customer service will be very hard to beat. It was a very honest relationship, all checks and maintenance done fairly. Everything super crystal clear from the start. Top notch communication and felt a good rapport with both Brooke and Tee. Happy to have met them and rented a property from them. 5 stars!
