   Great service makes for a great place to stay. The manager and other staff were all super helpful, friendly, and easy to communicate with. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and well appointed, with continental breakfast included. The location is great too: on a bus route to town, and a close walk to shops and - most importantly - the motorcycle rental place.

   Good place, we like it very handy from the mall super market shops, bus stop is just in front the motel. Plus they give you small box of weet bix for breakfast yogurt, bread and milk.

   We stayed at this facility for 4 nights in January 2025. This place was an amazing place to stay. The customer service was excellent and so was the room. It was spacious, clean, fresh and child friendly. The cooking facility was perfect and convenient. The bathroom was also spacious and clean. We even got complimentary breakfast and chocolate on our beds everyday after they cleaned the rooms and replaced our towels. If we were to go back to Christchurch we will most definitely be staying there. It was very close to the city which made things a lot easier. We even had our own parking spot. This place is amazing and we couldn’t fault it. 10/10. We thank this place truly for the wonderful service and experience.

   Had great service from Mylene, throughout our stay and V-motel. She when above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate us and make us feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here! Rooms were clean and amenities were up to the mark! Thanks for being hospitable. A++ Overall!

   The owner is very accomodating. The room is very clean, very comfortable room to be in after a long drive from Picton to Christchurch. And the Bathroom is Clean! It has a mini kitchenette and a Netflix while relaxing. Recommended!!

   I see a lot of good reviews here but not the story for me. Unfortunately no towels were in our room and only realised this when it was 9pm at night so didn’t bother ringing through to reception. The mattress protector was not clean. It had marks on it. If you stay in a room near the street, you will hear the cars going past. Had no idea how to check out in the morning as the reception had not opened yet. There was a little safe near the reception on the outside wall but it wouldn’t open and it wasn’t a drop box. Ended up leaving the key in room- just thought this would be a more straight forward process… on the positive side, the bathroom is nice. The beds are comfortable. I personally wouldn’t stay again.
