   Experience, wisdom, and practical advice with a personal touch. Andrew came highly recommended by trusted friends and we are so glad we took the recommendation and went ahead. As first-home-buyers and fairly new to New Zealand and Christchurch, we knew we would need someone with real-world expertise in guiding buyers through the local market. Our total journey was around five months long, and we made a good decision to get Andrew involved with our search once we got serious about moving ahead to successfully by a house. To kick things off, he heard us out thoroughly to understand what we were looking for, and also gave us useful tips and advice about properties in a range of different suburbs.
