Stress free and straight forward . Dealing with Dave took all the stress out of selling a somewhat difficult property. Impressed at every level. Our deceased estate property was in terrible disrepair and we doubted anyone would even look at it let alone purchase it. We engaged Sheryl as our Real Estate Agent and from initially meeting her at the property we knew we were in the best hands.
