Quinton, and the team were amazing to deal with. The property wasnβt exactly the easiest to get across the line because of the access and cladding but the challenges were embraced head on by Quinton and he didnβt give up. Private viewings galore, busy open homes and amazing marketing resulted in a large number of offers to consider.
We ended up selling to one of the first open home attendees and the offer landed where we needed it to after Quintins exceptional negotiating skills were put to the test

However, I would like to clarify a few points regarding our experience working together.
We need to be very clear on the fact that we contacted your agency to get a property manager not only to find a tenant but to carry on the duties of managing our property. Your property manager advised us not to use her services because she βknows the family so wellβ to which we agreed. Our records show that we reached out to Mary Dodds only a few weeks after signing the contract, specifically requesting help with managing challenging tenants. She ignored our messages, and even hanged up on us. We have written proof of her saying and I quote βthis is not my problemβ. We then moved on to engaging services from your competitor who has shown empathy and great professionalism with our situation.
This clearly demonstrate that we were seeking your support at that time. And unfortunately, the assistance we requested was not provided.
Given this context, I believe itβs important to clarify that our intention was never to avoid your services but rather to address immediate issues with the tenants that were impacting the property. We trusted that as our property management partner, you would be able to provide guidance and support, especially in a time-sensitive situation.
There has been no acknowledgment of your failure to fulfill the agreed-upon responsibilities, nor any apology for the difficulties weβve faced. Instead, your response attempts to deflect responsibility, which only exacerbates the situation.
We expect better communication and professionalism from a company entrusted with managing properties. It is disappointing that weβve had to deal with such an uncooperative approach, and I would hope future dealings would reflect more respect for client needs.
