Fantastic rooms with all the amenities you need and the owner is so accommodating and nice! We had booked a studio but realised that’s not ideal with a newborn to sleep, so she helped us change our booking. It was very kind of her
Awesome stay! Got there on a cold night prepared with warm clothing and there was a heat pump which was switched on prior to my late arrival, I was genuinely surprised there was a heat pump and it was on! Rooms are immaculate, booking was super accommodating in regards to arrival/departure and prompt phone service. 16/17 May 2025. I will be staying again!
Beautifully appointed, super spacious and immaculate accommodation. The owner is lovely and so helpful. Go for the deal that includes dinner locally. I went to the Laboratory which was buzzing and had great food and locally brewed beer.
Awesome service! The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and very well appointed. Relatively close to Christchurch but just far enough out to not be "in" the city. Reasonably priced all things considered. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
The Lincoln Motel was delightful. The room, the location, the friendliness... Turns out I was late, but a call explaining the situation was greeted with understanding and empathy; a little rearranging and I was all set. I will definitely go back to the Lincoln Motel.
It was ok. I think they should come up with a option in case the guest does NOT want room service if staying more than one night (it will save you an expense as facility too and this can reflect in the price the guest is paying).
