I wanted to share my experience with the house inspector who conducted the inspection for my home. I was hoping for a more thorough assessment, but unfortunately, I didnβt feel that he went above and beyond what an average person without building inspection knowledge could have done. I found it disappointing that he missed simple issues in the house, even ones that I had specifically pointed out and explained as needing attention. After discussing my concerns with him, he offered to revisit the property and recheck those areas, but by then, my overall impression was already affected. To be honest, I was left feeling quite dissatisfied, even contemplating requesting a refund. It seemed like the inspection wasnβt conducted meticulously, and the resulting report was not accurate. I had to make edits to his report myself before sending it to the sellersβ solicitors. Considering my experience, I would hesitate to recommend his services to others, unless they are prepared to potentially feel like their money hasnβt been well spent. I apologize for the candidness, but this accurately reflects my sentiment.
