   Honestly, Nooty has been the best property manager I’ve ever rented from. Super easy to work with, always quick to respond, and they actually care about the tenants. Anytime I had a maintenance issue, it got handled fast with no hassle. The whole rental process was smooth from start to finish. I’d definitely rent from her again and highly recommend Nooty to anyone looking for a place.

She took time to explain the process of applying for a rental home in NZ. She is friendly and efficient with her work.    DON'T LIVE HERE!! Abbey Nolan is the worst landlord I've ever dealt with, she is rude and money hungry, she will have an issue with EVERYTHING and take as much as she can from you. She is the laziest, rude, inconsiderate, greedy agent I've ever meet. The apartments are small, inconvenient and surrounded with violence both from outside the block and within INCLUDING Abbey herself!!!

   I have to completely disagree with the last reviewer. Abbey has been nothing but helpful for us. Our landlord moved into the property we tenanted for only 3 months and Abbey was great at trying to re-locate us in the complex and came up with a great solution to a dire situation as a renter. Shes very understanding and always very friendly and quick with her responses. I have nothing bad I could possibly say about the girl- very hapy with our onboarding process to the new property :)

   This company used to be 5 stars and 10/10 when Lisa was working there, or any other property manager, Natasha, Alex, Kim, Simon ANYONE ELSE aside from Abby. The new landlord Abby is absolute RUBBISH and has awful HR skills. I know for a fact that I am not the only tenant she has upset. The experience I have had with Abby makes me want to move out just so we don’t have to deal with such a nasty and unqualified property manager. With a bit of luck she will move on as just as quickly as the last 7 landlords we have had over 2 years with staircase.
