   Visited on Christmas Eve and had a pretty uncomfortable experience at the checkout. Two out of the three staff serving were clearly unwell, they were wiping their noses frequently, no masks, no hand sanitiser. During the holiday rush, letting sick staff serve customers feels really irresponsible and inconsiderate, especially when people are trying not to get sick. I felt awkward and uneasy having to say I would wait for the one staff member who seemed well. That shouldn’t be on the customer to manage. Very disappointing experience overall. I hope the store takes staff health and hygiene more seriously.

   Very disappointed as mitre 10 advertise they will beat a lower, identical, locally-stocked product's price by 15%. Which i did. But the sales person at the counter said the product should be also from same supplier. Please do include that in your terms and conditions so people don't waste time coming in.

   It is about time Mitre10 employed people who actually know what they are talking about, I can't remember the last time I had a staff member who know what they are doing..it is frustrating having to waste petrol returning the wrong products....then having to find the right products myself. Today it appears that there is no such thing as customer service, just sell anything you can and don't worry if it's wrong.

   If you are looking for some power tools from carpentry, auto repair, cleaning, or lawn mowing, your time will not be wasted here. Besides that, this is just right next to Pak'nSave, so you can save time if you are planning on having a grocery afterward.

   Plenty of parking spaces, big building, and plenty of items inside. Staff members are friendly and knowledgeable. If this is not your local store, I would recommend you to find your local one as if you need to return any items, it'll be much more complicated if you return/exchange/refund it at the different store.

   We bought a rug at Mitre 10 Mega Henderson, Friday, 26 May. The Sales Assistant, Brenda was very helpful with excellent service (in spite of this section not being her normal section). She assisted us in choosing from different rugs on display until we found one that was suitable. She then checked the stock availability from the computer and pulled out the right roll from the stocks in the high cupboard in a mobile ladder. Highly pleased with her service. Customer service at its best. 5 stars! Happy customers!
