“A week ago i went into Botany Store to enquire about a Remote for my Tempur Base........Wendy was efficient in taking my Details and my requirements.......4 days later Wendy Updated me on the process of Ordering the Remote from Australia.....im pleased to say it had arrived and i had a call from Wendy that it had arrived. After the purchase we received the wrong product but realise until we had it home. Following a call and store visit to get the correct product, Dane and Josh were also amazing. Helpful, understanding and accommodating. A true throw back to the days of excellent customer service. What a refreshing experience. The store manager who gave us the wrong dishwasher to begin with and couldn't muster anything more than a "where's your receipt" could learn an awful lot from the excellent team of salespeople that clearly make the store a success.”
