   I've had a couple of dealings with the commercial side of Smith City. I recently had to return (for the second time) the Sheffield Convection heater. My husband went down to my daughters room and asked me to come down because he smelt something. Turns out it was the Sheffield Convection heater - the plastic cable connection inside was glowing red and melting - almost about to catch alight! The first time I returned this item was because it stopped working. Smith City were great both times with returning these for replacements, however the second time I asked for a refund - for obvious reasons! Return was put through and a follow email to apologize for the inconvenience. Very happy with their service, however I hope they stop selling those heaters!

   Helpful team. Knowledgable, good prices, are open to price matching but in my case they were actually the cheapest from when I looked. Heck, they didn't have to do sales talk at all they were just knowledgable answering my questions and I ended up upselling myself for a slightly better more pet-designed vacuum. Huge night n day difference in the house I love it! Lovely team.

   Didn't know this shop had opened either so, had to be nosey once again lol. Went looking for a Meile cat and dog vacumn amd wasnt disapointed. The price was what you would expect for this brand but, I can wait for a sale lol. Was great to see The Colombo mall have such a good selection of shops

   Nice clean uncluttered spacious store. No pushy staff hovering behind you. We purchased, found a item missing from the box, went back next day and it was sorted with no arguments. Would happily browse and shop here again.
