Nicely laid out store and helpful staff. There wasn't a lot in the way of air dry clay product stock unfortunately, which is what I came for, but it was on Boxing Day that I visited so their stock may have been depleted leading up to Christmas.
Great help from staff at Bunnings Palmy. With us getting a security door and knowledge and ordering a glass shower door.
Good experience, although the store did not have what we were after which said in stock online. A 4 star rating given for the team member( didnt get his name) who was so attentive and kind doing his best to find what we were after, and offer an alternative. Thank you for assistance we appreciate the help. The store itself is huge and can be difficult to find things but team member was very helpful.
Thankyou to the employee by the name of Troy who was extremely helpful. He was super friendly, nothing was too hard or a bother to him, and he went out of his way to make sure my husband and I were looked after on the two occasions we visited your shop in the last few days. Also helpful was a young employee I think was called Alex. These guys are a credit to your store!
I went with my mother the other day ( I think Saturday?) and there was this super sweet young lady working at the cash register. I think she had a fringe and glasses? Anyways, my mum made this minor mistake when buying something but this young lady was soo sweet about it and overall showed amazing customer service!
I recently visited to purchase a new mower because mine had stopped working just a few months ago. I'm happy to say that the young man by the name of Jakob Parry was a great help in picking out a new one. Since then, my lawn has never looked better, all because of Jakob's amazing recommendation on a mower. Thank you so much Bunnings and especially Jakob!!!!
One of my favourite stores, I've purchased most of my plants excluding the Lucky Bamboo from Bunnings. The plant pots are all from Bunnings and so is the Buddha fountain.
