Generally great service but the lady in the paint section ( 60ish, short purple hair) needs to take a lesson in manners when dealing with customers, very rude and dismissive. Do better!
Had a customer service agent help us by opening a cabinet to give us a product we were after for a Fathers day gift. When we went to the checkouts, we noticed he was watching and following us. We purchased the product at checkouts, grabbed the receipt and went to our car. We sat in the car for 5 minutes then noticed the same worker come towards our car, then circled our car noting our number plate and asked to see our receipt. We showed it to him (noting he was the same customer service agent that gave us the product to take to checkouts). The whole interaction felt off because I drove away feeling I did something wrong to warrant this. We just wanted to buy a nice Fathers day gift..

Great! Super-friendly service and plenty of different products. I shall definitely return, since their staff was extremely helpful and came to my rescue while I was lost in the cross aisle.
Heidi and the team in the timber department were awesome friendly and so helpful even organized cutting some timber to size for us 5 stars well deserved be back again to get the rest of timber for our project.

The staff at Mitre10 Pukekohe are friendly and readily assist you if you seem perplexed. I visit this store primarily for their weekend specials that they advertise on their Facebook page. There is always something available to enhance the look of your place at Mitre10. Overall, it's been a pleasant experience and my daughter adores the children's trolleys, which entices me to visit the store repeatedly.
