   The girls have been extremely lovely at the café (as always) today. They have been very busy and we could see that they were under pressure and stressed. I just want to reassure them that it is OK. Days like these happen, and you'll always have ones that complain and get grumpy. Never take it personally and remember that you are amazing.    Totally Love the customer service at Mitre 10 Warkworth Today I went in to take back a radiant heater I purchased one month ago due to a major loss of heat. The whole team including the leading hand inspected the heater and found that it was faulty and had it replaced with a new one. The leading said , we got to make sure the customer is happy And I definitely am , Thank you Mitre10 Warkworth

   Returns, refunds - the lady on the counter (Michelle) provided very bad!! customer service. Why is it they feel the need to make you feel like you are in the wrong for returning a faulty product. Came out of Mitre 10 feeling very upset with the way I was treated. No need for it!!

   I have been around the world to so many different hardware stores and this is the best, staff are so friendly and helpful, the plants are always so lush and well looked after with such a wonderful choice to choose from. I enjoy my visit each time I come back to Warkworth. The Cafe is also worth the trip just for lunch the best!
