Clean and tidy. I asked someone for help, dressed in Mitre 10 uniform, who then tells me he doesn't work at that store. A female shopper who he clearly knew took his undivided attention. Bought water blaster at Bunnings.
Was skeptical to go back since i had 2x bad experience, but now looks like it improves, Awesome team, notice they always take care of people who are in need of helps even though some staff just mock around but overall it improves. Happy staff = happy customer = happy to comeback again.
Just had a great experience at Mitre 10 Glenfield. purchased Ego lawn trimmer and blower and the service and knowledge from Richard was superb. Three days later he assisted me in filling out a redemption claim form. No trouble and always with a welcoming smile.
Went to this store with a list of products my husband wanted. I asked the 3 young girls at the counter but they were to busy talking and didn’t want to help so I left and went to Bunnings and got all the help I needed and purchased it all items. Went back to your again store today to get two iron meat press, half an hour later no staff to help. Asked for a manager as it was not were it should be on the shelf, the manager was very unhelpful the guy they paged cam and said I am doing a delivery for a customer who just brought a bbq. Is that my problem no it isn’t Shame on you guys no wonder Bunnings is so busy, your customer service is poor surprised you make enough money to give any service at all.
Mitre 10 got what I needed, no hassle. Staff were chill, the place was clean, and the cafe was a nice bonus. Bought some coffee and a slice of lemon cheese cake. Easy in, easy out.
Awful company. My teenage daughter was physically assaulted by a member of the public while working here and instead of sorting it out the company fired her for “not smiling” the rest of her shift. Manage my relies on the exploitation of teenagers and takes pleasure in pushing them around.
I visited M10 Glenfield Trade Centre today to pickup some Gib for a small project. Firstly I was assisted by a very pleasant lady at the trade desk. Then was assisted by a young man who offered to carry the product to my car, I think he was security. Well done M10 I was blown away by the friendliness of your staff and how they conducted themselves. Keep up the good work.

We went today to mitre 10 Glenfield We asked a man who is in his 40s or 50s with American accent asked him about a stone pizza oven that my brother has seen yesterday His answer was you see what you see..nothing else Then my wife was asking the customer service and same man was passing by interrupted us and said I told you we don't have only what you see Then brother went again and set us picture
