Terrible customer service, they don't answer the phones, there bot chat is useless. And when you ask to chat to a representative, it shows 43 minutes, but the time does not go down, stats the same. Not buying there again!
I had a really good experience in store, I can’t remember the salesman I dealt with but he was all good. I needed a new tv and was shown a few options within my budget as well as some slightly more expensive options……the salesman I dealt was patient and very informative explaining the pros and cons of each different tv to myself and another customer at the same time. I settled on a 55inch Samsung tv and I’m very happy with it, the staff in the collection area at the back of the shop are also very friendly and helpful.
Really helped my decision between macbook m3 15" and m4 13". Very insightful. Decided on m3 15". Thank you especially to the person at JB who I did not but should have asked his name.
Turley was super helpful, he didn’t mind giving me the time to have a look through my options. He was super informative and helpful in the sense of making me think about every day use and what to consider and weigh up when buying my new phone! The entire transaction went smoothly, and an added bonus was the ample parking available. I highly recommend this store for a hassle-free and enjoyable shopping experience.
Absolutely amazing costumer service! Came in to potentially exchange faulty product. I had warranty for the product but lost the receipt. The team managed to find the purchase and warranty and not only provide me with a new product, but also an upgraded version of the one I came in with for basically no added charge! Very professional, friendly, and helpful!! 6/5 stars ⭐️
Johnno was an absolutely awesome person to deal with. He knows what he's talking about and not pushy at all. He took the time to show me how to navigate different tvs and treated me like a person n wasn't in a hurry. I would choose to deal with him in the future. Johnno, Thankyou so very much. Friendly staff as always. Their game reviews are always funny. The questionaiire while your buying is a bit strange. Did someone say hi to you when you entered sounds a little robotic. But everyone working there seems to be really happy to help. They give great advice technologically!
Bought a TV on the Black Friday sale. Very attentive and helpful staff. Hope it stays that way on the after sales service is any product problems comes up.
