I'm writing this review late as I've just arrived back to Australia. My mother purchased 4 items from this place. She was told a couple of her Items weren't in stock and said she had to wait for the rest. Kei te pai. However, the delivery took alot longer then usual. Finally recieved 3 item after calling them. Was told the last item would be delivered on so and so date. No delivery no call no update. Waited nearly 6 weeks for all items. Decided to call and ask for a refund as the last item was taking too long. I called and said we would like a refund!? Low and behold "oh your item is being delivered today" I said no not good enough I'm requesting a refund. My sister walked in your KAWERAU STORE to have 5 workers standing there using there scare tactic. Standing there trying to make her feel bad for getting her refund for an item that took 6 weeks to recieve. Your lucky I wasn't there because I would've told you all off! The only person that shouldve been there was the store manager! Not 5 workers!! How dare you, you should all be ashamed of yourselves every bloody one of you knew exactly what you were doing. No apology nothing. Horrible service.

Been waiting a week for a fridge i bought, after being told to wait 2 days, and still waiting. Every day new promises of when it will arrive. Staff seem totally not bothered with my predicament. I reckon they simply dont care.
