“I use the delivery option...the personal shoppers are always very good at substituting items that are out of stock and also when there's free samples, they're good at making judgements and choosing based on the rest of my shopping. The delivery people are very nice too, my dog yells at them but they calm her down by chatting to her through the door. Using the delivery saver is cheaper than it would be for me to travel there and I don't have to carry anything up/down stairs or hills”

Because they have staff that are abundant , available , friendly helpful & kind ... The specials are often far better value than the others . The policy of refund & replacement is seldom called upon but when it is the result is immediate which insures customer satisfaction . The wheelchair one may borrow suits this old biker who enjoys visiting his friends that are friends”

“A quick visit to this reasonably brand new supermarket. Lights have been added on the corner of the main road to allow ease of access by cars, etc.. Busy place, and there's a pharmacy. Car parking is tight, so take care.”

“Went on a Saturday evening about 7pm, was somewhat quiet. Staff were friendly and table cleared of empty plates fairly quickly. Food was delicious, and the coffee/hot chocolate drinks were very flavoursome and at a decent temperature.”

We love taking a walk here for ice cream, grabbing something needed, ahould this be sweets , nzpost , crips, bread, milk, butter, even frozen pizza! Kids always want to run in for ice cream and have become their favorite shop. A real must for any small quick shops to avoid the big shops.”

The breads were beautifully arranged, and it was clear they had just come out of the oven, with a perfect golden-brown color and soft texture. The variety made it easy to find something for every taste, and everything looked incredibly fresh. The pastries were equally impressive, with an assortment of sweet and savory options. The shelves were stocked with everything from buttery croissants to fruit-filled Danishes, and each item was carefully placed to make it easy to choose. I particularly appreciated how the bakery section was not cluttered, and the items were placed in a way that highlighted their freshness. The labels were also clear, making it simple to find what I was looking for. The staff in the bakery were friendly and approachable, offering assistance and helping me with some product recommendations. The overall atmosphere was clean, and the area was well-maintained, which made shopping for baked goods an enjoyable experience. Overall, my visit to Woolworths Chartwell was fantastic.
