Extremely atrocious Customer service!! Will be shopping at New World from now on. Learn some Customer service skills if you are going serve Customers that bring money to your store, very disappointed!!
Expensive!!! Staff are too busy talking to each other while serving you, pausing to discuss irrelevant crap, making you wait while they chat. Really poor customer service, my husband also encounted the same issue.
The aisles were narrow but the store was tidy and stocked well, the checkout operator was super freindly and made experience more pleasant than your average supermarket visit.
Wish i could give a 0 star really bad staff my 2 year old son was pulling at the price tags as little kids do then there was an Indian lady that went off at my 2 year old then wanted me to smack my child or something she then proceedes to grab the owner which goes off at me an proceeds to say it happened the other day and accused me that it was my child then followes me around the store to make sure my son doesnt do it again like he was going to trespass a 2 year old wth is wrong with these people
A great little store has all your needs at a fair price and often has good specials
great 'little' shop, a bit like dr Who's telephone box, so much bigger inside. well laid out and the veges particularly are fresher, bigger and cheaper than i have found elsewhere in the area.
Pop in here often on my way through to or from Huntly, always have a great selection and very reasonable meat prices!! Staff friendly also.
Very messy shop. Safety is not the best as heaps of boxes to trip over. Most products dearer than their sister company Countdown. Meat cheap but quality only okay
