The staff were very helpful in purchasing my item. The customer service at checkout was amazing. There was a manager there from another store who installed my item and she was very knowlegable in this area. Maybe a few more trained would be of much help. I usually install my own stuff however this day i was in a rush to get to work and wasnt able to do myself at the time. Overall very great experience. Well done
Loved the customer service, even while short-staffed, they took the time to talk me through what I needed to get a new head unit. The worker, Des, was so lovely and knowledgeable in helping me get all the parts. Des ran through what all the parts did and how to install them

No thanks to the workers here on a Sunday afternoon who clearly wished they were elsewhere we found some wipers at Repco who were more than willing to help and actually had the correct size (guy at super cheap reckoned they were hard to find!!)
Ordered an air compressor and a few accessories yesterday for click and collect. All items were in stock but order is still not ready today, I rung up and guy said he’ll sort it out and ring back… didn’t ring back then I tried to call twice again and no reply both times. Shouldn’t be too hard for someone to put 4 items together.
The person behind the counter was very helpful, looked up the item to make sure it was correct and then checked pricing to make sure i got the best deal. very impressed
SUPER CHEAP AUTO DUNEDIN - DUNEDIN - DUNEDIN Wednesday 24th May 2023 Benjamin was asked to attend to my request for new car wiper-blades for my 2007 Honda Stream. He was on the job in a few minutes. He explained everything clearly and in a straightforward way. He then asked me what I wanted from the options he gave me. He said the fitting may cost a bit more as it had just gone up a little. I took his advice as I really wanted him to fit my blades for me. The blades were on in no time and I have good clear vision from the front and out of the back window now. Ben was able to do the job better than I expected and certainly faster. I commended him for his work and how it gives me peace of mind when going on a long trip to have good blades on my wipers. Thank you so much Ben. The additional cost for fitting was minimal in my view.
