Despite an apprehension of not want to meet as salesman. The staff here were helpful in a non pushy way, but listened to my needs and provided a suitable solution.
Very disappointed with their post-sale service. I purchased Panasonic bagless Vacuum cleaner from this store on 29 June 2024. It lost most of suction and I brought it back to this store on 21 June 2025. It is within 24 months Warranty. Their staff checked all the filters of the vacuum and all of them were clean. She told me a technician needs to test the vacuum to find out whether or not it is faulty although it is so obvious the suction had reduced significantly. It seemed not reasonable. Indeed there is still some suction, but it is so weak and not enough to do an effective cleaning based on common sense. It is so obvious if only they could compare it with the new product in their store, it is not difficult to find out the big difference in the suction. After I dropped the vacuum in this store, I did not have a vacuum cleaner at home to do cleaning which caused inconvenience. A week later, when I called for an update, nothing really had been done.
