   I popped into the Albany Liquorland store last week to buy a non-alcoholic Aperol drink I had been unable to source anywhere else. Apparently very popular at the moment. I was served by Jordayne and she was FANTASTIC. There were supposed to be three bottles put aside for me, but there was a mix up and only one was available. I had driven all the way from Gulf Harbour, so was a tad disappointed. Jordayne quickly went about and ordered what I wanted from another Liquorland Store and in her own time personally delivered them to me at my home (a good 40 minute drive from the store) a couple of days later. That is what I call great service, going above and beyond. Not much of it about these days sadly. Thank you Jordayne. You are a gem and I wish you well. Kind regards Sue Evans.

   Calling all whiskey lovers. The staff here have the most amazing knowledge when it comes to Whiskey, and I've certainly shopped around in the past. Literally the BEST customer service I have seen in years! Made my day. I'll never go to different liquor store for my whiskey.

   I made a purchase from this store during lockdown (Alert Level 4) and I could not fault their customer service. The person I spoke to was friendly, answered my queries (checking stock) and delivered the following day. The cherry on top for me was that they then made a courtesy call to let me know the delivery was complete, just to make sure I grabbed it from the door safely (contactless). Customer service like this is exemplary, especially in times like this. Thank you!

   Terrible! The female staff working there clearly doesn't appreciate being employed there. Closed the till and locked up 10 min before closing time and didn't even look or respond to me as I stood in front of her outside the door knocking. So rude!
