Brought alcohol with my partner and got it approved and then lady judged us for buying alcohol, and them threw our grocery in our bags and didn't talk to us the whole time it's very wrong all because we are young people buying wine does not mean u can treat us poorly.
The girl didn't let me buy a bottle of wine even if I got my passport, just becouse a guy that I know who was in a different till with his own grocery didn't have a passport with him, she didn't even ask for my passport just didn't let me buy it, thanks for the bad attitude though maybe next time this lovely lady should change the way to approach people, and just to make it clear I'm not a teenager anymore and neither the guy that I know, I understand there are policies to respect but there was no point of doing that.
I went at a busy time, the young deli and checkout staff very friendly and professional. I'd forgotten how nice it is to have bags packed for me
0 checkouts open, self-serve only. Awful produce. Overpriced as sin. Forced to watch yourself on cameras because they treat their customers as thieves, despite the fact they're stealing from us by driving the cost of living crisis and won't even hire kiwis to open checkouts. Scum.
New clean bright Flagship Countdown, well run, tidy and spacious. Pick up parking available and e charging. Big car park, new trolleys, well lit and tidy store. Big range, flowers & plants, speciality food aisles, excellent deli and bakery, large range vertical frozen cabinets, in store pharmacy. No cafe - otherwise one of the best large supermarkets in Hamilton
Good outlet with good options and there is a pharmacy as well. 4 EV charging station with fast charging option. Free parking in the complex lot. Good store overall
Easy access, ♿ also available, ample parking, nice staff. The pharmacy staff are especially helpful. General supermarket arrangements and ile naming are not great otherwise deserves 5 stars.
Has a cool robot. Amazing customer service, I think a lot of these great employees attend Rototuna Senior High. Must be a great school. Good selection of snacks. Grateful to have this facility so close to everything. Very clean and organised. Great hang-out spot for the young ones.
