Always been a good outlet. Went in to hire a Bunnings van for a couple of days. Very good value to move things about with.

Only 2 cashiers on duty in the middle of the day. Only one of them accepting cash in a store the size of a football field. I'm never going back again. Went to Mitre 10 and had a better experience.
Don't bother. Pulled up today in the truck to get some concrete mesh. Gave a friendly toot to notify the staff that where outside warehouse that I was there in case they hadn't seen me drive in. At least one of them looked across the yard at me. (I was driving a big white truck into an empty yard) I got out of truck and tried to load 3 sheets of concrete mesh by myself with great difficulty for about 10 min before giving up and leaving. Popped up the road to Atlas concrete and was served quickly. Aussies!!
Wide range good prices. Staff try to be helpful but often lacking knowledge.
The staff at the trade centre tend to be a bit older than in the warehouse with corresponding better product knowledge. I've always found them extremely helpful. Not the huge range of products carried at the bigger stores but they usually have good quantities of goods used by tradies.
They help with my special order very well. Very good customer service. Thanks everyone who's involved...
