   Love this location as the store is clean, has a larger open layout and friendly staff. Keidus also went out of his way to help us find some wipers that weren’t pulling up on the system. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable in providing the right info to make the best choice. Will be coming back as the team here makes sure to provide an A+++ service.

   Honestly I'd give negative stars if I could. It's the hygiene. Being forced to smell another male's body odour while shopping, especially after mentioning it to other workers is disgusting and annoying, The manager should seriously have a discussion about customer service and basic cleanliness. Cicely and Olivia set an extremely high standard when it came to appearance and hygiene, now they are gone. The only good thing about the store now is that Ben and Keidis have great at customer service.

   I called into the new store in Westgate to get a headlight bulb replaced. It was replaced by the old store about 2 months ago. My car has a known issue with the bulbs blowing all the time, and I told the Service man that. It usually lasts a little longer. He very kindly did the job only charging me for the fitting. The bulb was under warranty. Thank you for the kind service. I really appreciated it.

   I was went to Supercheap Auto on Saturday and was very pleased with the service, I was in need of wiper blades, the staff were so helpful and professional. The guy who changed my wiper blades was busy trying to help me and another outside with our cars and he did the blade change so fast and made it so easy for me.

   Ordered gaskets three weeks ago. They were expected to arrive last week. Have popped into store once to see where the order was and was told to wait 4 more days. Call today and get told the parts won't arrive until November... So obviously I cancelled the order. Thanks for wasting 3 weeks of my time as this was the last parts I've been waiting for to do a job fairly urgently. Safe to say I will be taking my business to repco. Seems like it's worth paying the little bit extra as when I put in a special order there it arrived in a matter of days.

   Westgate was my go to store, the guys were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Now, the store is dirty, the staff lack luster and almost unwilling. The store is a polar opposite to what it once was. I will never use Westgate Supercheap again. Miss the guys.

   Good little shop has all the auto stuff you could possibly need. The staff are friendly and helpful.. I had one guy price me up a few items like roof racks, he was very helpful. Generally cheerful staff. Oil disposal box out front.
