Staff had brilliant product knowledge. The store was busy, and short staffed, but those on duty were working incredibly hard, and as a result every customer I could see were very patient and left happy. The friendly man who helped me was proof that men can multi-task. He was organising staff & helping customers, all with a cheerful disposition. A very positive shopping experience, and I came home armed with a few day's worth of rust removal and deep cleaning ahead of me. Wohoo!
